yea if you set it up right you can have the rent pay the buildings mortgage, which is cool because you can take out home equity loans on the property you basically dont pay anything on. But if you can buy the spots without the overhead then the rent can pay the bills on the house you live in then life is good

As far as the wait goes, it is ridiculous. I talked to his girlfriend/partner last night and she said the same thing. Also, Keith and I have been going to Sean for over five years now and know him pretty well. I have no doubt in my mind that I will get in before 2011 for that very reason. Do I think having the appointment 14 months out is a big deal? No, not at all.

So...yeah.

honestly I don't think it would be all to possible , if it is possible it's going to be a lot of work. Most mortgages are based on the property having a Certificate of occupancy. Most banks don't loan money for something that is not deemed livable.

Probably your best advice. In order to get a loan for a primary residence, it needs to be occupied and inhabitable. If there is no heat (another requirement normally) and no bathroom the appraiser your mortgage company uses will comment and during the underwriting process, your application will mostlikely get denied.

I'd say go for the personal or construction loan depending on what the mortgage company/bank that you're going to offers. Rates are tough right now so just make sure you do your research. ...just remember, property flipping is illegal in PA. If you run out of money from the personal loan it may end badly (ie. tons of missed mortgage payments, foreclosure...)

Yes, that is true. They can run 4-6% higher than a mortgage.

Flipping would be buying cheap, renovating and selling for an inflated profit. Since you're looking to live there, you're good. The houses being bought are so cheap because people are buying them as is: after foreclosure, abandonment, drug bust, any number of things. The investors normally already have money and are just trying to make more. It sucks though because unless you have experience and/or a fool proof plan and budget the flips don't always work.

I guess my original statement should be changed: applying for a loan with the only intent to buy and flip a house isn't necessarily legal according to underwriting guidelines for PA (along with many other states).

You shouldn't get any of the side effects. That sounds erxactly the same way i was prescribed steriods in the past and nothing happened except for the inflammation going away.

Those negative side effects generally happen to people who abuse anabolic steriods with repetative use.

it will come with age. as you get older your system will slow down.

i was 150 all the way through my 20's then as soon as i hit 30's it was like a cartoon. i put on 45lbs like it was the cool thing to do. I felt like someone got me and blew air in my thumb and i balloned.

Now i am trying to cut out red meat, white flour, sugar and processed foods out of my diet. Working out would help too but i hate going to a gym by myself so running and working out isnt a good option.

Its a differnt type of game. RB6V is alot more tactical. This is just run and shoot. I like both but MW2 def is more entertaining from a game play point of view.
