So last week I was driving and it started too pop out of second gear. Then it was insanely hard to shift into any gears. Last night went to move my car and it didn't have any problems shifting. Tried moving it today and wouldn't shift again.

I recently changed the trans fluid . So I'm thinking I need a new trans?

From a dead stop put your car in first gear and with the clutch all the way to the floor rev it fairly high. If the car doesn't walk your hydrologics are likely OK. Next I would check things like motor/trans mounts for too much play, shifter linkage... After that start looking into internal issues like bearings.

Is it worse on cold start? Did you change fluid types? When I went to syncro mesh I hated it. Took so long tobwa up and shift smooth Miles and maintenance ever done on trans?
