maxima trans problems

98 max AT 100k. car ran great no problems whatsoever. ran out of trans fluid while driving. fixed the leak, filled it up, got no first and no reverse. if you put it in first manually it feels like your standing on the brakes, but it tries to move. drove with no problems in every other gear but first. last time i tried to drive it in first it slammed to a stop now it doesnt move at all. please tell me im not completely ****ed!
