well... the creator has to be a complete moron if he thinks he'll reach 300mph in that... i also doubt its street legal, unless he knows someone that took care of that little issue...

Street legal in FL maybe. There are no rearview mirrors. As a NJ state inspector I'd fail it.

The atom would pass NJ. It has all nessesary safety features and lights, mirrors. All it needs is to pass a OBDII test and it's golden.
