If I leave here, they would have to find at least 2 people, if not 3, to replace me. Simple as that. I currently have two other job offers, NOT including my detailing, which is significantly more than washing a car. They are the ones that are going to lose out, and they know that which is why the other managers are trying to reason with me. The idiots who decide the pay roll don't realize it, cause they sit in an office and finger themselves all day while playing online computer games.
