Um just a question....Do u plan on offroading ur car? b/c i dnt offroad my sti, therefore i find mudflaps to be a waste of money for me. unless theyd actually see some dirt.

if ur not gonna get them dirty, then u should go waste ur money on some other functionless mod. For instance, I bough a JDM pink 'I' badge and im getting my taillights tinted. or spend ur time putting ur lights in the oven so u can get rid of the ugly orange **** and paint them the color of ur choice

You obviously have never had a set of mud flaps. They keep the car cleaner longer and prevent rock chips on the doors and fenders. My flaps are covered in tar from the summer time, I would rather it be on the mud flaps than on the side of my car.

I'm on my second set. Just go buy the $45 rally armor flaps from rallysportdirect or one of the venders on here if they carry them.

I really want a pair, but paying the $100+ for mudflaps from RallyArmor isn't gonna happen. I will probably just mod some pepboys flaps to work.

I would have to agree with what HonestBob is saying. Just because you're not going offroad doesn't mean the mudflaps are useless. I have tons of dirt on my bumper that would have been prevented if I had flaps, and I can just hear the salt and BS slapping off the side of the wagon of which would prevent me from cringing if I have flaps. So, they is definitely function to the flaps. Much wiser investment in my opinion over "functionless" mods like a JDM pink "I" and getting your taillights tinted. Things like that, in MY mind. . are for the gayz. But, that's my opinion and you have yours.

In Short, the mud flaps are no useless. And if you don't feel like dropping the money on RallyArmor, or even $20 on pepboys. Try $5 at IKEA! http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1666067
