those dogs are horrible...

the dogs trained by the philly police actually let go on the first command by the time they get to practicing this type of ****. And they don't bite their trainers...

I was thinking the same thing. That one dog bit the crap out of his handler, that's not good at all. However, they were pretty good at messing up the bad guys, especially jumping over the car.
