Restoration of license question (NJ)

Hello all, I recently had my license suspended for dui, and a very hard lesson learned. But I have no completed all the requirements and I am just about ready to have my driving privileges restored. I have received my paper from the state indicating that my privileges are restored on the 9th. My question is.. can I go to any DMV or do I have to go to a full-service one even though I have the paper from the state clearing me? Can't seem to get a definitive answer on this even from my local DMV. Just asking because the closest full-service is an hour away which isn't very convenient for me.

Thanks for any help in this matter.
