Not very much actually. Thats about what I use each month with basic apps and web. If I streamed music or videos, it would a lot more...

Actually yes. If they are considering adding charges to people who pay for UNLIMITED DATA, then AT&T is wrong. You can't sell people something and say that they can use it all they want to for a single price, then realize that you might lose some money and jack up the prices.

"****ty" Verizon? Oh you mean the company that is rated number one when it comes to call quality, fewest dropped calls, and fewer circuit overloads. Not to mention that it's 3G network covers more area within the US and it's right on par (if not better) with AT&T in terms of voice coverage.

Well why not check this out. http://gizmodo.com/5428717/att-has-s...iphones-launch

The fact is that "3%", which I think is a bull**** figure, is what has increased AT&T Profit by 80% over the past 3 years. How much of that was invested into the network to hold up to all of these data hungry iPhone users you ask? Well, they have spent less on Network Construction each quarter since the launch of the iPhone. How much money have these iPhone uses brought into AT&T you ask? Right around 3 BILLION Dollars a quarter. So, sure. . . I can understand not putting some of that money back into the network to support these phones/users. Especially when the usage is only going to increase as newer phones come out. Makes a lot of sense to me . . . .

OK so do those statistics include you? or are you going by the commercials that are false? Ever hear of the lawsuit going on between at&t vs verizon right now? who gives a **** about 3G... service is service.

I've been with at&t for almost 5 years now. I've never had a dropped call, a "bad quality" call, and I've never not had SOME service. Ever. Not trying to argue... but seriously brother? go watch some more verizon commercials

I had ATT since it was Comcast Metrophone. followed through to cellular one, then cingular, and jumped ship when they were switching back from cingular to ATT. I had to leave because they couldnt offer me what i needed. I used a lot of min, and a TON of text messages. this was even before the web on the phones.

I'm now with sprint, and I know that their datacards, and blackberry/winmo/android phones have a 5gb "limit" on transfers. It wont cut you off, or charge you more, but it throws a flag up in your account.
