I think I asked this before and never got a response. Did anyone get the permission from the owner?! If YES, then the cops can not make you leave. SOOOO, why the hell doesn't someone just ask the owner or manager if its cool to bring them business and hang out a bit? It's not that hard.

as long as they are in side then no the cops cant do anything, if we are outside it doesnt matter who gave us permission, they still can make up leave. we had the same problem at BK when we used to go there, and not only that the manager there her daughter was hanging with us and they didnt care who gave us permission, we were always told to leave other wise we would be cited... then we also had permission from Giant, Higher ups to hang there, we did for a while then all it took was the supervisor of middletown, that threw us out, and he didnt care either.

There were plenty of people up there. We were inside for a bit then outside. I just left and there are still about 10 folks up there.

OH and btw. For those of you who caught my rant i appologize. I had WAY much to drink for myself, The night started at dave and busters were i consumed 3 24oz coors light mugs and then i drank jackies jolly rancher in 30 seconds from top to bottom. Then we went to gleasons (thats when you called richy) lol and proceeded to have another 4 beers of straight up budweiser then a miller light. Then came home and drank another beer with all of my comrades. Props to yall for putting up with me.
