If i transfer a title from PA, that is an R-Title, to another state, such as VA MD NJ DE or NY, will it still have the R-Title in the other state after the trasnfer?

I understand that it will still be in the carfax, but will it go from an R-Title in PA to a CLEAN title in the other state?
