My RX-8 rims have road damage and I'd like to get them painted.

How much for all 4 rims? I can't pick which color to use: HOC Blue or Ultra Blue Twilight Over Black Ink.

Expert Opinion needed for which color to choose my car is a blue RX-8 with 20% tinted windows. I'm looking for something that will have a similar look to these WEDS rims:
