As long as your CEL is not on and all of your readiness monitors are set there is no reason why it should fail. Unless you are rigging up oil lines etc..

well its gonna be pretty obvious when theres a turbo on it that he turboed it. as long as the vacuum lines and exhaust are all in tact and the readiness monitors set it shouldnt matter. and no one really does the visual anyway.

I'm trying to find someone that I "know" but am having no luck. Having a catless DP with no CEl currently, but my rear 02 monitor is showing as "not ready" yet I don't have a CEL (monitor was never turned off) ... what gives....

I'm now 2 months past inspection.

Leaking oil on an exhaust fails inspection and is very unsafe

If your going be driving it a lot or just want to be your best bet is to get a programable OBDII simulator. Some piggybacks come with them, others are completely separate computers.
What you do is plug all the info from the car into it and wire it into the back of your OBDII connector. When the OBDII data request comes in it just spits out what you plugged in. My friend has a sim chip in his VW and it allows him to pass with no rear O2 installed in his catless exaust.

Thats alot of extra work to gain 2 HP from going catless.

Its intigrated into his piggyback. The point is they work for PA OBDII emmissions tests.

Thanks for trolling, keep the threads on point please!
