They're that stuck like i said I normally put the keys on and whack it loose with a hammer or mallet on good whack normally breaks it loose

dirt and stuff gets in there try hitting the rings itself maybe knock it loose try pb blaster they shouldn't be rusted though

Theyre godspeed coilovers. Not the highest of quality. I tried putting a pipe on the end of the spanner wrenches, and the spanners actually wanted to round out the divots in the coil. I stopped once i saw that happening- im afraid just giving it a good whack will just round em off. The threads do have a fair amount of grit and grime on them, as well as a fair amount of surface rust.

I broke my racelands loose with a hammer to the wrench. A long extension may strip them because of all the prolonged stress, a quick hard hit will either break them loose or make the key fall off. Worst comes to worst try cleaning the threads with a wirebrush and going at it again.

Just evenly distribute more weight in the car. That's what I always do when I want it a little lower.

What material are the collars and what material are the sleeves?

Steel on steel your gonna want to soak in PB for a day or so then give them a whack. You could hit them with a torch REAL fast, but chances are that that little bit of heat wont do the trick and you DO not want to get a pressurized strut very hot.

I can guarantee that Bill (carbonis) could get these loose. If it's something I can't figure out, him or his dad always find a way to get it done.

I would clean the threads, then apply some heat to it but not a lot.

a big pair of channel locks. I use them all the time. It makes it really easy. Just don't be a retard and use them in the wrong direction. Channel locks only work in one direction
