I Hate FedEX....Never Use

Well this is the second time ive had a problem with FedEx delieveries....

Ive been waiting on some parts for my hatch for the past couple days at first the estimated delievery date was the 10th.....then moved the 13th aka today and it has said its been out for delievery on the truck since the 10th...

I go to check the tracking today and it is now moved to the 15th but still says out for delievery on the truck...

I truly had FedEx and reading about many other peoples horrror stories using FedEx i would never ship using them and at all avoid possible getting items shipped via FedEX

Has anyone had problems like this, Ive never had problems with UPS, USPS...

Go to the Fed Ex warehouse and pick it up if you have the time. Thats what I did when I missed a delivery I had to sign for. But I never had any kind of problem like this

I've never had any real issues with Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Guess I've been lucky?

Just out of couriosity, have you tried calling them to resolve the problem or just bitching here about it? I bet after the first 'mistake' you saw online it could of been fixed with a simple call to clarify whatever error they have. Watching it happen over and over is just as much as you being a jackass as them.

Thats just my 2 cents.

I've had problems with FedEx saying they knocked on my door when the door was open and the windows were open and I was sitting in the Living Room in the middle of summer. I had to go pick up at the warehouse after that happened, twice.

^^same lol. This also happened to me twice. My door was completely open, and I was in the living room the whole time. I go to close the door later and there is a posted on it. Pretty pissed that they completely wasted my time going down to the warehouse.

At business addresses I only use Fed Ex and have never had an issue.

At home UPS seems the best.

Never had a problem with FedEx.

I actually just had something weird happen with USPS. Package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, was listed as out for delivery, but it didn't actually show up till today.

UPS is usually pretty good. Most recent delivery was a good experience. The delivery guy that dropped off my new tires while I was at class actually rolled both sets of tires all the way around to my back door to the basement. I was very impressed. Even though I had to roll the damn things back around (and uphill) to the front of the house and up the driveway to get 'em into the garage .. but you know he meant well!

I've actually had quite a few good experiences like the one you had. UPS is where it's at, especially if you have a business address to order stuff to.

I like usps.. Cheap prices and almost never had a problem.. Fast too.. Priority is usually delivered in 2-3 days.. Once I sent something 3 or so days before Christmas and it arrived the next day..

I've had bad experiences with all of them. UPS seems to be the lesser of the evils.
