So you want to know how people in Washington X-ing do it...
 This guy always has a new car..without selling his 'old ones' I think. So far I've seen him driving: 2010 (or '11?) Porsche Panamera turbo, 2010 Bmw X5 M, Bmw 760li, a rover maybe? I'm sure this isn't all he owns either...

hmmm, may be the guy that is always getting work done at perzan... iirc he has some sort of massive budget for cars with the company he owns and literally has more money to spend on cars than he knows what to do with.. if it is the same guy, his fav. is a mini cooper haha and he DOES trade them in... for example, he will get a panamera, drive it for a few weeks, get bored with it and trade it in (obviously at a loss) on a new car.
may not be the same guy and just another serious baller!
