Cobalt vs. Cobalt

Hi guys, as most of you know im itching to sell my 300ZX Vert. to get a SS cobalt. Im selling her this week, for $5325 and i have a good amount of cash saved, both of these cobalts are in my price range.. note. when i get the car theres not much "customizing" work that i can put into it, as i am going to school.. so let me know what you think about these two.

http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/cto/1671774504.html

http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/ctd/1669843461.html

and ofcourse, id like to buy Nicks, but not sure if i can afford it. but hopefully he can work with me ; )

why a cobalt? there's defiantly better cars to choose from at that price. why not step up to a 350z?

I'd go with the silver one over the red one. It doesn't look molested, and it has less miles.

I like the red one, but put the stock wheels back on it. Of course the black one is the nicest though.

screw all ya for bashing the cobalt i love mine.. its a great car. Kid go with the silver one is has the g85 package limited slip and recaro seats and has less miles. then go to zzp and get the stage 2 kit http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...=756&catid=188 ... its cheap and youll be pleased and have a pretty quick car.

I'd go with the red one because it doesn't have some pep boys trash can muffler on the back of it.

Does the red one have the G85 package? Car is totally worthless without it.

Yeah, I don't know why. Every time I go past there, there is an SS sitting in the parking lot.

I'd stay away from the 03-04 350z to many little things are wrong with them. It gets tire feathering on the front tires an there known for oil consumption.

Little harsh but why would anyone want a cobalt? Sure they are fast little cars but ugly as sin.

Looks are subjective, thats why. I don't think they look much, if any, worse than the rest of the cars they were designed to compete with. And, as was said, they are fast and handle well for what they are. VERTZX, if you do decide to go with one of the Cobalts shown, choose the silver one, the g85 package is well worth it.

yes pics or a link would be great. im definately not getting a 350z/s2k/miata the main reason im getting rid of the Z is the lack of seats.. i neeed something practable and reliable. im gonna have to call the guy with the red one to se if it is in fact a g85. does the limited slip make that MUCH of a difference??
