Got a 1979 chevy impala for my first car yesterday! So happy I'm going to posting pics of it as I go along with the built up of it. Hope you guys like it.

What motor you have in there? And it doesn't need bigger tires in the rear if it isn't putting out the numbers.

Wow that thing is clean, I had a 79 impala wagon and that thing was so beat it wasn't funny.

I think it would look nice with a set of wire wheels and dropped, but then again I'm biased toward lowriders lol

I'm going to leave the stock 305 in it for now an put a cam in it, but then I might swap it out for a 350 sbc.

Yes. 8 MPG in that thing is a MUST. 454 or bigger.
