Eclipse GSX: Debadge or No?

Debating on debadging the taillights on my gsx, so i just edited it in paint in like 2 seconds, let me know what you guys think. It may look a bit too much red to you but with a new jersey plate being yellow and white that takes away from it. Also, can anyone tell me why my tinypic is in german? lol

Regardless, she has one hell of an a**

I say go for it. It looks good. You should peel the gsx decals off too, they dont look factory. Then it will just be all nice and clean back there.

my friend painted his center reflector black, but his car is also silver with a black top half.

i'd say do it and remove the GSX sticker too

Yeah, i'm going to do it in the next few days. And i'm not crazy about painting the middle, I wouldn't do it on a red eclipse. Black or silver maybe.

I don't like that GSX sticker at all, that needs to go. The eclipse lettering can stay to break up all of the red, but it also doesn't look bad.

Like I said, the license plate takes away from all the red. The eclipse lettering just doesn't look good to me at all.

It would look sweet debadged and the taillights tinted slightly..

What I did is I removed the letters and I got the center piece painted to match the car. It won't make a huge difference on your color to paint it but I'd say do it anyway.

I'm the odd man out here obviously, but i say get a black GSX decal and replace the one you have on now with that. And as for painting the centerpeice, def not a good idea on a red car. I know alot of people like the debadged look but i dunno, sometimes you gotta do what you think looks best.

Yeah, I would definitely not paint it, but sometimes I look at the eclipse lettering and think it looks clean but sometimes I wish it wasn't there. None of the pictures are good to tell from since, I think, my car looks so much better in person.
