Dedicated alignment shop in NJ?

I'm in need of a shop that's better than STS and caters to modified vehicles. I've yet to find a performance shop that does alignments. Anyone got any info? It would help to sit in the car or if they have sand/ricebags on hand for this purpose. Thanks

thanks! Next time I need one, I'll travel down there. I got mine at Sears and he let me sit in it and went out of spec for me. I can't rely on that guy being there again next time though.

Have you ever had a shop owner curse you out for asking for an alignment for your "lowered ****box, that I am just going to stretch the tires on and blow them up." ? Gooood times looking for alignments in NJ.

I wasn't cursed out but STS told me "I can only adjust the toe" I was like "seriously? It's not that low" and he goes "Sir I can't do anything but adjust the toe for you" I was like "fine bye"

If the adjustments aren't there then there isn't much a shop can do for you w/o installing kits.

On the other side though, I have done a few performance alignments on Miatas and I do recall there being camber/caster and toe adjustments on it.

Akuma Motorsports

Enough said.

Call up and talk to John (Owner, he came from Cobb) or Doug.
Akuma Motorsports just finished my car this past Wednesday, WOW its amazing. Handles like a dream the turn in is unreal to what it was before.
They worked very hard to get my car dialed in and aligned and sitting just how I wanted it. Great guys and even better work and service.
And they are close by you if your mid-NJ

+1 Highly recommended.
