he is playing liveforspeed. you can google lfs or liveforspeed its free to download. there are three cars and three tracks the demo will release to you. but you can play online with up to 18 people on the demo. you can 100% tune ur car.. u cant customize it other than ride height and paint.. but everything performance you can change.. its pretty fun guys i suggest you try it out. the cars include a car that RESEMBLES the 90ish supra. (demo includes non turbo but the purchased pack includes the turbo) a golf-like car.. fwd 4 banger.. and a BMW* open wheel race car.. if anybody needs help on it or whatever PM me..hope i helped! BTW that chair is ridiculous!!! imagine plugging call of duty into it lmfao!

I don't know if I'd ever be able to get used to all of that movement haha, that's kind of crazy. You may be able to get immersed in it if you were playing in a really dark room.
I'll stick to my stationary setup for now hahah. For any of you guys into racing sims a cheap setup is well worth in my opinion. It makes for much more consistant lap times, and is a lot more comfortable for the longer events. After owning one for almost a year now I don't think I would ever go back to a desk chair. (Helmet was just for photos lol, I'm not that big of a nerd hahah) ![]() And the new addition, a 320mm wheel compared to stock G25 270mm. Also makes a large difference in how smooth you can drive and hold your line. ![]() --Adam

the movement kinda seems extreme for a car but lvgp has a pretty nice one with a three screen setup: http://www.lehighvalleygrandprix.com/simulator.php

It's not the movement that is being simulated it's the G-forces. Since gravity is only 1G and most decent race cars can corner, brake, and accelerate at over 1G (Formula 1 cars hit 5G's all day long) that seat is trying to get him close to horizontal just about every time he touches the pedals or turns the wheel. It may be too extreme for most sim racing fans, but it's doing about as good a job as it can at trying to simulate the forces you feel.

iRacing is the best racing simulator IMO... Its entirely online, and you cant even race against other people until you are able to post a certain lap time in the practice mode. Once you do, your automatically thrown into a league, where you pretty much have to work your way up like they do in RL. Its awesome, but its hard as hell, and its expensive.. (Monthly fee, and you have to purchase cars and tracks). You cant even play the game unless you have a steering wheel, that's how serious the makers of the game take it. On the site, it says "This is not a game, it is a racing simulator" Lol...
