Here it is guys. And its back, better than ever. We are looking for the same support and even a better showing of cars this year. And ALL are invited, 1g, 2g, GVR4, Colts, Evos, whatever.

I'm starting this early again so we have ample time to work out what we want to do this year. I know people showed interest in possibly going to a dyno or track, in addition to the traditional meet/cookout. I think Ridley Park has worked out well for the past 2 years, so unless someone has a better idea, we'll plan on going there again. It's nice having the seclusion from others, as well as the grills, pavilions, restrooms, etc.

So, please voice your opinion on a place, time, date, and any activities you want to do. Also, please post up if you'll be attending and I'll add you to the list in this post.

I'm shooting for the end of July (24th or 31st) so we are not so close to the Showdown/Shootout weekends this year. If I need to adjust this because of one of these events, I will, but as of right now I don't expect any conflicts.

First post updated with some more info.

The date seems to be the best option, so as to not conflict with any race/meet days.

The location is still tentative because last year people showed interest in either a dyno day or track day. But people seem to be excited to go back to Ridley, so we'll see.

I've only seen 2 or 3 people have any issues with the date, and no one has complained about the location, so I think it's safe to confirm it.

List updated. Please let me know if you're planning on going but not on it. Or let me know if you're on it twice from two different forums.

In the past we've always had it at Pavilion 14. This might or might not be the case this year depending on how the date change is accepted.

FYI, I just looked into reserving the same pavilion and found out there are absolutely no pavilions available on the 31st. Not cool!

The same pavilion we always use is available the next day though. So my proposition, and I'm very very very sorry about this, is to move it to Sunday. I figured we'd have no problems getting a pavilion, even if it wasn't the same one, but there's nothing available on Saturday.

If this won't work, then someone better suggest something else.
