turning lane...

Just curious but, if your in the turning lane and dont use your turn signal, can you be pulled over? Thanks in advance.

The way the law reads is that speeds less than 35 mph turn signal of intention to turn right or left shall be given continuously during not less than the last 100 ft traveled before turning, and the signal shall be given during not less than the last 300 ft at speeds in excess of 35.

No where does it say anything about turning lanes just turning in general left or right you MUST use your turn signal.
