The color isn't bad. Carbon fiber fenders just never grew on me.

I had them for the VR4.. I sold them... and if I were to put them on my car.. I'd paint them....

I'll go with an unpainted CF hood of the color is right for it.. I would NEVER break up the car by putting random CF body panels on unpainted... I see cars like that and Its like wow.. you have CF... great... it looks like trash lol

shes got those panels for practically free, so she just put them on, iirc shes undecided about them aswell. but the yellow is one of my favorite subie colors.

i love ALL bugeyes, but i dont think CF fenders look good at all. not really a fan of any CF usually, unless executed really really well.

so anyway... tell her to join TST and join in the fun...

But I do agree that sometimes carbon fiber accents don't compliment the car at all. Two tone schemes are hard to pull off, and by replacing large parts (hood, trunk, roof, fenders, doors) with carbon fiber the car becomes two tone. The only color car I like carbon fiber on is black because it looks uniform.
