Agreed, its not that difficult what so ever. There are a ton of write ups on it, iwsti has a good one under the "how-to" section of the forum.

i do have the spring compressors for the job as well as everything else needed. all itll cost ya is a 12 pack of Mt Dew

I'd say do it yourself but with someone who has the tools and has done it before with some experience doing it right. Then you'd be set, just be prepared to buy at least a 6 pack. Much cheaper than labor though.

I wouldn't put too much effort into find a 'good shop' to do something like springs. It isn't anything special and any mechanic should be able to do it. Hell, it is something you can do yourself, but def have someone with you that has done it before because there are alot of little tricks to make life easy and safer.
