ok I live in jersey but want to get pa plate. I'm lookin to get a po box address and drivers licence and gettin a pa plate since it's super hard to get a nj inspection unless it's fake and I don't want no fake ****.my question is were can I get the po box address and how do I go about doin the drivers licence?

You can't get a PA liscense with a PO BOX and you def can't get a plate without an actual address. You can't register a car to a mailbox... I also belive that you would have to obtain a PA title as well.

My buddy like 4years ago got popped for fake sticker it was a 500- fine. He actually didn't know it was fake though, was from a gas station. That might have been the same situation or maybe not. Either way it way easier to find/pass a obd1 car.(install cat, lean out)
