E85 In Hamilton but...

You can't have it! Oh soo lovely Hamilton decided to install E85 pumps but of course for township vehicles ONLY. The government might of given them money for installing the pumps...but who is paying for it?!?! Oh that's right Hamilton residents. I find it funny that they finally print it in the town newspaper months after they have it installed. I might go try to hit up the pump one day just for sh*ts and giggles.

I'm trying to get feedback from my friends who are Hamilton cops but nothing yet.

Way to hop on last years trends, typical NJ bull****. I'd put money on the fact one of councils relatives own's stock in the E85 fueling station...

I think those are exactly the reasons we want it.. From what I've read it's also good for passing emissions without a cat..

Ah quick to judge when you lack knowledge grasshopper...I drive a flex fuel vehicle for work. Keep the jack off comments to yourself...they aren't endearing.

The point...the automakers are selling all these flex fuel vehicles but you have to do a search online to find the closest place the sells E85 in the area...what is the point of buying one?!?! And to see a town that is in debt, purchase a more expensive gas just so they can throw "GREENTOWN USA" on a few signs around town and get a little kick back from the government is pathetic. More so when I'm basically paying extra taxes for moron politicians to fill up with E85 when I can't.

WOW thats it? When I build a new motor for the porsche I would like to build it for E85.

When I was down in Texas they had E85 and biofuel everywhere.

Anyways it's my understanding that you can run really crazy compression without worrying about detonation. Should also be able to run a slightly leaner mixture without worry. I don't plan to build a motor for 2 more years so by that time maybe it will be around more.

+1. When I went to visit my mom down in Corpus Christi I saw soo many as well. She is a manager for Fed ex and they use E85 in their Sprinter delivery trucks.
