Yea today i was going to work and a old lady pulled out on me and i was doing about 45-50 and hit her i was taken to the hospital and im fine as of now my wrist hurts but thats about it. Luckily it wasnt my fault but my cars definitely totaled. ill try and post pics up later if i know how.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. At least your ok and the car can be repalced.

Good luck with the rest of the hassle. Accidents happen at least there is insurance.

Wow really 3 other TSTrs got into accidents today that really suck hopefully there all ok and yea the car can be replace but we cant. Im thinking about getting a 2001 neon r/t with the insurance money. Does anyone know how long it takes for the insurance company to process your claim and get the money because im carless until then.

it should happen quickly if the other person cooperates. some old guy backed into me, turns out he was almost deaf and neve heard the phone right when the insurance company called him. turns out i went there with my state farm rep (we both had state farm) after about 2 and a half months

yes exactly im just glad that im ok and i hope the other TSTers are ok too. I hope she cooperates i really need a car now cause i have no way of transpertation unless i use my parents car. Thanks everyone though ill make sure this cars not all riced out well my other one just had a really *** wing on it and i hated it.

Wow dude, your lucky to be ok, that doesnt look like a good time. I'm happy to hear your ok. I dont know how all insurance companies work but generally, you will get your money very quick. When i got in an accident i had my car in the shop 2 days later and a check for the damage within 2 weeks. the only thing you may have to wait for is your deductible and anything extra you are looking for as a settlement. You prob wont get that back until after the companies go into subrogation, this could take over a year depending if the other company wants to try and dispute the claim. Good luck.
