sometimes you can see the people around you on the map and sometimes you cant? i dont know...

If you cant see them, they have camouflage on, you wont be able to see them unless the fire their gun....which is usually too late.

Dude if you suck than Free For All is the last thing you would want to play in that game. The spawn points are so terrible that I guarantee half the people who killed you, spawned right next to you. I like Team death match because you can just kill bad guys and don't usually have to worry about people spawning behind you.

And you cant see them on the map because they either are using a radar jamming perk or your seeing enemy's on your map who are shooting their non-silenced guns and the people you aren't seeing are using silencers.

thanks for the info, i had a feeling that wasnt the game to play cause people were just running around picking me off with ease. i'm playing on PS3 by the way so might not be able to get together with some of you.

Stick with team death match or merc team death match. Don't worry about people depending on you. If your new to the game just get used to the maps and where the fire fights usually are, where the snipers camp, what corners you should be ready to shoot at etc.. With deathmatch you'll get to see where your team mates go and such and figure out how you prefer to attack certain maps, see how other people go about certain maps.. Pick out some guns your good with and set up a couple classes for close quarters, med/long range etc..

I'd play with you guys but both my xboxs are down right now and I need to find someone to fix them since microsoft wont because they've been opened..

Troll to be honest with you most people dont show up on the radar screen anymore. Cold Blooded will stop you from coming up on the UAV radar at all times and most people are running with that. The only people who are not are those using Stopping Power and Light weight. I dont even look at that radar anymore unless I am playing SnD. Try hardcore team death match, it only takes usually one or two shots to die, so there is no need for stopping power to be on, his then allows to be a little sneaky since there is no radar unless a uav is called.

i want to play multiplayer special ops, that is tough alone.

i beat the campaign already, seems like a weird story i dont understand really. one moment your in russia killing civilians, next moment russians are invading suburbia, then washington dc, then busting a dude out of prison, then the last missions are the most confusing. its a free for all, then your with the one guy killing army special forces.

Spec Ops is pretty easy for the most part. Just work through it part by part. I beat all but the Echo series by myself on Veteran.

As far as campaign, it was a "plot twist." A US Agent was set up to make it seem like a US terrorist attack on Russia so that Russia would attack the US.
