I'm looking for Medalla beer. It's native to Puerto Rico, and I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE.

Looking for a little surprise gift for my dad, who used to travel to PR all the time for work decades ago. Ever since the late 80s he's always talked highly about Medalla Light. I think it's just nostalgia for him because I've been to PR and sampled the beer, which I really don't think is all that great. He can't find it anywhere and neither can I, so if anyone knows where to get it I need to know.
