Going wheeling on Sunday at Rausch Creek. Needed to change my fluids. So uhm.... my NP231 should be draining some nice, liquidy red ATF+3... well.... That's not the case with mine.. can you say yogurt?

Pardon the camera phone shots...

Brake clean x3, then new ATF in the morning, then run it for the day, then drain, then new ATF on Sun, then drain. Then new ATF again on Monday for the week ughhhh.

UPDATE: At least I got something done tonight.. had these skid plates in my basement for a while now:

I was also able to squeeze in about 1 quart of ATF, so I am going to go drive it around now to mix it in there good, then drain it out again.

maby even try some seafoam in there? works with oil so why not tranny fluid? (im prob wrong but couldent hurt for just a few miles and u would know it got all that nasty gunk out.

I've been running brake kleen through it while it was draining to help. Just put about 1 quart of ATF back in. Will let it drain out again and see if that helps.

Gotta recheck the vents like was stated.

Jeez! At least there was something in there. I opened up my t-case one time and nothing came out. I nearly **** myself.
