I personally use Bridge all the time, but I know a lot of people that don't. Bridge is used to import, view and organize your photos. You can also perform some photoshop functions in Bridge with camera raw, rename a batch of files, etc. I think it's a great tool.

Bridge is a tool used between all adobe software to help manage, preview, organize, import, files. There are also a lot of handy tools that can be used thru it for various adobe software. ie: you can run photoshop actions on a complete folder of images thru bridge instead of opening them all in PS and doing it that way. I use bridge on a daily basis. It's basically a bridge between your files and the software.
