I narrowed down my choice of cars

I dont see an evo choice on there lol. If no evo, I vote wrx.

it all depends on what your intentions are. You can remove the honda products if the other 3 are within your price range.

SRT-4 is the cheapest, and the fastest stock. Also cheapest to upgrade (when you take into account initial price difference)
WRX has AWD and a nice interior, good power and plent of upgrades available
Cobalt SS is a Chevy POS. But you can up the boost easier on that than the other. And some monsters have been coming out from the plant dynoing over 200hp.

I'd say it's really between the WRX and the SRT-4. Just depends on what is more important to you
