White s2k on I95 right near Cottman/Rhawn street exit in Philly. Any one know this car or is on here? Car looked real clean.

Was the driver Asian? I always see this Asian guy with the same car/color scheme in Montgomeryville.

i saw that S2k pulled over on 95 too...and just before getting on 95 at Woodhaven i saw my neighbor pulled over in his Caliber SRT4.....quota much..lol

No such thing as a quota, its illegal to have a "quota" per-say, nonetheless still sucks.

+1 saw him on county line rd last month, he redlined as I passed by.....had of those "spotted" moments but never made a post 8p

Yea that's him. Tell him to take it easy there is no need to redline the **** out of it everytime he see's me. He revvs the **** out of that thing at everything and everyone.
