Sold the 240 a little while ago and used that for a down payment on a new vehicle. I wanted something that was newer and more reliable and had all the basic amenities that the 240 didn't have. (like a/c, good heat, will legally pass inspection/emissions, etc) It's a bit slower (for now) but overall I love it. Handles surprisingly well for being a bigger car on stock suspension. It's nice having v8 torque again. Anyway, on to the details.

It's gotten a bit louder and a bit of a different tone now that the packing in the mufflers is breaking in.

I wish I could but I just don't have the money for much. I will be doing 8k HID's next week though. And I HAVE to do something with the exhaust. It's annoyingly quiet.

damm, a man after my own heart... If i wasn't so terrifed of a car payment I would get a Mustang in a heartbeat... V8 is just sex... There is a yellow one by my work that just gives me wood....

Dan what a nice car haha. If you ever look to part with those wheels, I might be interested. My stock bullets are kind of bent from potholes and such. I just picked up a tuner the other day. First step to gears.

How much you get it for? sucks you had to have a payment, so many good deals on the private market right now... guess thats the trade off though. Good luck with it man, obviously being a mustang owner i like them haha. keep it stock and save for a termi

I wish I could afford a termi but for the time being it will end up getting modded. I think a lot of it will be for work too. Install vids, etc etc.

SLP sounds like 50 fat guys farting at one time after a chili eating contest. Or in other words, it sounds like ass. LOL. It has no defined tone, it's just an all out screaming match. I think I'm gonna end up going with the Magnaflow Magnapacks, probably with pypes long tubes and pypes high flow catted x pipe. And yea I know pypes has a bad rep but their quality has gotten WAY better, plus they boast a lifetime guarantee. I just had a training session with pypes and out of tens of thousands of parts, they have very few coming back with issues. Return rate is very low.

Hey, I have SLP LM2 on my mustang, and boy do I love them. Perfect sound to me and I always hear others complimenting. Dan, just admit it, you are going to supercharge it just like the rest of them. I'm sure work will be giving you some pretty nice discounts haha.

If I had $20k to spend on a car and $500 a month for insurance I'd be ALL over that. One of my dream cars. 04 Termi with a 2.6L KB and 700+whp screaming as it flies by at 170mph lol.
