I'm looking for a Latino guy with a White Labaron who sucker punched my girlfriends daughter. He broke her nose, and fractured the bone under her eye.

I wasn't there, but the story as it was told to me.
My girlfriends 21yr old daughter and a bunch of her friends were at the Eagle Tavern drinking, and it closed around 1pm. They were looking to go somewhere else, her friend tapped this guy on the shoulder, and asked him what other places are around there. His girlfriend got out of his car and told her to stop talking to her boyfriend. She said okay and they left. A few miles down the road they noticed those people were following them. They saw another bar and pulled into it. They got out of the car and were chatting with the people in the other car. She was talking with the girl who told her friend not to touch her boyfriend. She said the girl was all cool with her. All of the sudden one of the guys came around the car and sucker punched her in the face, and she fell to the ground. Those people got in their car took off, before her boyfriend and other friends noticed. They didn't get a plate number, but they called the cops and made a statement. She was taken to Lancaster general in an ambulance.

The worst part about it is she's between jobs and doesn't have insurance.

GL finding him. It's well known that guys should NOT hit women this man needs to be taught a ****ing lesson. Whatever you do though be smart and try not to screw up your own life too much. I can't believe someone would just do that. Own that muther****er's day PLEASE.

thats not true at all... if there were other people there and the guy WAS caught, and the other people fingered the guy as the assailant, he will absolutely be arrested! plus if he did that kind of damage to her face, his hands gotta have some marks, cuts on it as well.

Eagle Tavern out by Gap? off business Rt30? that is my general area so any extra info you can give i will put the word out see what pops up. totally unacceptable behavior from a man and well worth my time to try and find the guilty party.

Yeah, She lives in Gap. I heard the story from my GF, so I don't know any more details than that... I don't know what year LeBaron, just that it's white, and the people in the car were Latino.

does she remember how old they looked? i will see what i can find out. just thinking about it while i type i am getting super pissed.

what day did this happen?... if they(offenders) were in the eagle i think they have cameras in there. she should ask to see the tape or ask the cops to take it.

This happened last night... She finally got out of the hospital around 5am. She went to the police station a little while ago to get pictures of her face taken, and file the official report.

I'm sure the police are going to take care of it. I'm going to take the pic down. I'm not so sure she wants it up on the internet...

Let the cops deal with it man. I know its a crappy situation, but beating the guy up will just result in him pressing charges on you. Best thing you can do is help the cops find him and then prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law, and make him pay for damages. Some jail time will also teach him a lesson.

Like mentioned, if you find out who did it don't do anything but let the cops take care of it. If you do find out who it is be sure to post his name after its 100% that its the guy. Maybe even hand out fliers in the area.

Cops are ****balls in this area. I'm seriously starting to join the hate on cops right now.

Dealing with my own situation mirroring this slightly, except in my case, it was 2 dudes on 1 firefighter (who is lucky to be alive after having his face stomped in).

There was a spanish dude I worked with in Exton that had a Labaron converable, but I think it was red. Plus he was an alright dude. Doubt it was him thouhg.

Its a crappy situation, but think of it from a cops point of view. They were at a bar, they left(probally even legally drunk), went to another bar. Got into an altercation with some other people who were drinking. Someone got hurt. At best, they have your statement of what happened. I'm sure there is more to the story then has been told also. You think the cops really care?

This is the crap that happens when you drink and are arround other drunk people. I wish her the best of luck, but don't waste your time with it and move on.
