Subaru Photoshoot + Action Pics on Rally Roads...

Here a couple (hehe couple) of pics from my trip to Wellsboro, PA. It is where the STPR rally is held every year, and my dad and I used his old 1982 competitors route book to drive the rally roads. Pretty fun, even though we hit a big rock doing 60mph. Theres like a big indentation on the frame, but nothing major. Enjoy!

Camera: Canon Rebel XT with kit lens. Hoya HMC circular polarizer for some shots.

Pulling the handbrake...

Three wheelin...

Heres a little sequence. Might not look like it, but it was around 55-60mph around a medium right. Look closely at how the car is setup before and entering the corner to get a sense of the speed.

Wow. Do you happen to have a high-res copy of that first landscape? It calls me to be my computer background

Haha, thanks. Actually, that is the hardest picture of the bunch to post process, because I stacked 3 exposures and did alot of level and curves adjustments. But if you want I have it for you in a couple of days.

Beautiful! I love the water, amazing color and exposure. Very good landscapes.

I wish I could get a better feeling of the speed the car was carrying, but that's really hard especially from that angle. Nice to see a new photographer on here, keep posting when you have shoots like this!

If it's no problem, I just meant high-res as in high enough to use on my insanely large-screened 12" iBook with it's 1024x768 resolution Thanks!
