My chest and arms are so sore that it hurts to turn, shift, and pull the e-brake when I park. I hate trying to get in shape.

Try being on Swim Team. I get that feeling every night when I go to sleep, every morning when i wake up, and most of the day too! lol

You sorta get used to it after a while!

yeah well i played hockey for 12 years and now i wake up with an aching back EVERYDAY. right now...my back is killing me. I guess laying under a car for 6 hours doesnt help things

I used to run track in high school. I was in great shape and an even 150 pounds. Since then, I gained about 50 pounds. My new job has me in my car all day long. I put 1000 miles on her this week. As fun as it is to be able to drive my car all day, it doesn't do my body to good sitting on my rear for 8 hours.

I just started my weight reduction program...LOL...Vypurr knows da deal! I could be a lineman for the Eagles...i wish i was cause i'm broke.

I work out everyday now just to hopefully shave some time off my quarter time. i guess i should be gettin in shape for health reasons, but no...its all for my car!!! does that mean i have an obsession?

I love it how on leg day I actually jostle and stall all the way home because I can't control the clutch any more.

Lets me know that something is actually happening with my workouts...

Occassionally B&R, LA Fitness (Huntingdon Valley), or the Jewish Community Center (NE Philly), and no, I am not jewish, I have friends who work there, and let me in.

I work out at the LA Fitness in Huntingdon Valley during lunch at least M,W,F... although my new favorite is Neshaminy's location... that club is soooo nice

The neshaminy club is nice criz? Right now i go to LA in langhorne but everything there seems to be falling apart and its always packed. I love legg day!

Its good for snowboarding. I cant do anything with upper body really, i tore my shoulder up doing incline. I think i need surgery

but i havet gone back to the doctor yet

. Im waiting until after snowboard season.
