Has anyone ever heard of IFA Auto Insurance or had a policy with them?

I had them for about 3 months. Their office is located in north jersey and their customer service is sub par because sometimes when i called no one would be there or i would be on hold for 45 minutes. Overall i would never go to them ever again. If I were you i would just call your local insurance companies. They are alot cheaper and local
