pictures look great... do you like the program? photoshop's hdr feature is kinda hard to work with and i never come out with results that im happy with.

i love photomatix. i feel like i kinda wanna re-shoot the water tower tho cuz after i left there i went to the train station and found out that it was on manual focus. so thats why i think the water tower looks a little out of focus. i like photo shop for layering pictures like one for the sky, one for the main object ect. and blending. but there both good

yes sir. i dont use the kit lens tho. i shoot with a 18-135 and a 70-200

i like the d40 for a starter camera. ive been shooting now for a couple months and now im starting to feel limited to what i can do with it.

photomatix is a HDR program. u take multiple exposures and then just upload them and mess with the tones. does almost everything automatic
