This isn't really off topic but...

Did anyonebody happen to notice somone maybe striking the side of my car
with something at the meet at the end of the night on Thursday? I'm really
hoping it didn't happen there, but last night I noticed a big dent with all of
the paint missing right above my door handle and another deep ding in my
rear passenger door where it looks like someone hit my car with something. I
can only imagine it either happened at the meet, at the diner after the meet, or
in my driveway sometime yesterday. I definitely don't think it was someone on the site, but maybe some lame kid who maybe we didn't know walking around
the cars either later in the meet or at the diner. It really sucks too because
yeah my dad can fix it but he's got other **** to do and its gonna cost like $400
in materials at least.

Just needed to rant about this.

Wow that sucks. Its not the first time I've heard of this.

When was that auk113??

Thats why I don't like to go to Philly to much with the car. My other grey FC was involved in a hit and run. My silver one the one a have now has been stolen before, but I was able to get it back that same night. The motor was already blown and they didn't get to far. I happened to follow a blue Neon with a big Super Street sticker on it and they parked up the road near it and they where talking on the phone. I take a left and the car was sitting there. I sit next to it for about 15 minutes and a truck with the swing out two creeps by real slow pumping rap real loud. So yeah I'm glad I was able to find it before they towed it away.

This was near Frankford Ave. near Allie's house (My wifes parents house).

Thats one thing I hate about Philly!!

Here are a few pics...
It's kind of hard to see the 2nd dent since it's raining.

if it is on the passanger side I don't think I was it on the ride to the diner. I was eyeing your car up on and I think I would have seen that paint missing.

That really sucks about your car.

My Pilot got hit really hard the other week, too. The dent is probably just as bad but the paint around the area held on. I know for my car it happened at a grocery store in MD while I was parked next to a chrysler minivan, grrrr!

Still, it seems this season the car has gotten a lot more dings lately. Probably cause I always prefer to park up front and not as far away as possible from other cars like I use to do back in HS and college.

This spring I plan on getting all the dings pulled out though. And for me, touch-up paint will suffice.

I wish the car was plastic like the Saturn. Of course, the first week I had the car someone scratched the side of it with a 2 foot long mark that goes into the paint and plastic.
