Alignment cost?

Robispec is going to be in NJ soon.

I've never done anything special to my suspension setup. Robispec is quoting me $180 for alignment and $250 + a $100 traveling fee for rolling all 4 fenders. I'm putting on SWIFT springs (-1" front -0.6" rear), but that's being done before all of this. Do these prices sound reasonable or too high? Are these prices justified by their reputation?

Rent a roller and do your own fenders for 1/20 of that cost, or talk to one of our vendors. Granted that Robispec has a great rep, but there's vendors on here that I'm sure could beat that deal if you told them what's up.

That's way too high unless he has some magic alignment machine that fits in his suitcase. Whose alignment machine is he using? We get 2.0 hours for a 4 wheel alignment, cust pays only $120. Alignment never takes 2.0 hours so the dealer makes out either way

It should be way less than $180, even with my stupid 4 wheel steering alignment procedures it was less.

He said he's going to be at Ivey, Straightline Automotive, and Akuma Motorsports throughout the week, so their stuff. He's mainly coming to do work at the Redline event.

If an alignment usually costs $120 then the $60 difference is worth it considering Robispec's reputation. The fender rolling price is what's bugging me. It costs more than the springs. I just want the best job done and I want my car to be taken care of properly. If someone here could recommend me a shop that can do the fender rolling and alignment then I'm all ears. I need an A+ job.

I'll give them a call on Monday.

If my wheels come by the time Robispec is in Jersey then I'll let Robispec do it.

If my wheels come after then I'll take it to R/T.

RT Tuning for alignment, and I believe they're pointing people to LIP Collision for fender rolling now which isn't far away from them. Both forum vendors and both very good shops, I've personally had great experiences at both.
I dont know much about Robispec but RT does a lot of critical alignment work on street cars, drift cars, road race cars, etc... they are definitely experts at what they do so you can be confident in their work.
