i had terrible wheel hop in my car until i got energy suspension motor mount inserts for my front and rear motor mounts. if you cant find aftermarket motor mounts for your car you could always make your own with some polyurethane.

Polyurethane is the way to go.. The nice thing is it takes the stress off the exhaust system. But with that it takes the vibrations and sends them through the body. I have inserts in my stock mounts which is crucial with a Race Header for the K-series engine. Otherwise the stress and flex of the engine(especially during the launch and hard shifting) can crack the header. Also the sound of the exhaust got louder inside the cabin as well.
Now I just need better tires since they like to spin like a bitch going into second WOT.
