Edit: Decided to summarize since the video is quite long. Cop rear ends lady and then him and 4 other cops concoct a fake story about a cat running out into the street and manipulate the photo angles to make it look like the ladies fault.

Im wondering if she was actually drunk they never say but wow those cops are stupid as hell.

Not surprised at ALL. Cops do what they feel like doing, elliott18t should chime in on this, he got rear ended by a cop in Horsham. Well unless you look for the police report for that accident, because then it never happened.
