i would much rather have the car as the original owner had it than what theyre gonna mutate it into. i saw him bondoing the hood scoop in and i had enough.

That coupe was in perfect condition. Rip all that **** off, get rid of that SOHC and put in a 5 spd swap, done.

I don't think I've ever liked a car that has come out of Pimp my Ride. Just about every single one of them is garish and over the top to the point that it would be almost embarrasing to ride in them/admit ownership. That said I also haven't watched this show in a looong time, so maybe they've turned out a few decent ones and I missed them.
