Which car would you get for $14k : 4 choices

Requirements :
Automatic

Not RWD

Choices:
Toyota Yaris Hatch
2008 with 5k/mi for $10k

Honda Fit
2008 with 17k/mi for $11k

Honda Civic 2006+

I would say either the Fit or the Altima. Depends on how much space you really need. They can both look nice when done up right.

I'd go with the Yaris or the Fit. Both are solid, cheap, reliable cars. Easy to work on (the others are
too but these are tiny) and they rock MPG like it's their job. Gl with whatever you buy.

You can buy my 2009 Fusion for 3k more, consumer reports top pick for reliability for 2009. Has a 6 year/60k mile warranty with a boat load of options compared to any of the cars you're looking at....just a thought

I don't really like any of those. But if I HAD to chose... Altima.. I had a 3 series Bimmer I bought from Thompson. They gave me a loaner Maxima for a week when my Bimmer was being fixed. Man was that a fun car! Why not get a Maxima instead?

Fit - going to be lots of aftermarket support for these things. Looks better than a yaris. As long as u dont' mind being in a smaller car. I've actually been considering one of those for myself. Its a nice car imo. And Honda to boot.

Why automatic?

Personally, I'd go with the Yaris.

Easy to work on, they handle amazingly well with springs, shocks, and a swaybar, lightweight, and you can hit 40 MPG easily.
