i think we were on 283 comin home from psu. saw a lowered acura CL, blacked out tail lights, i think the whole car was flat black... black wheels... lil weezy look alike was driving it

lol i shoulda took pics, but unfortunatly did not...

after almost 20 pages of google image i found a very similar one (minus black dude with lots of braids)
