This may not be appropriate here but i'll try. If its not, no biggy. I need a place that, if i decide to go catless on a DP, will pass me for inspection. I know this is technically illegal but i know people on here prolly have the same thing. I am always exempt from emissions because i only put about 1k on the STi a year.
