Rear sway bar?

I was looking to get a Progressive rear sway bar for my 05 TL to improve handling but I've read that I risk damaging the car if additional suspension upgrades are not added ex. shocks, springs, etc. I absolutely have NO intention on doing anything else. I'll deal with the handling if it's going to cost more.

I've also read that if I keep the RSB at the soft setting and don't plan on driving hard everyday I shouldn't have a problem. Any thoughts?
