I have a 03 evo its modified now with a AMS EMS ECU and A Turbo back exhaust. Pretty sure it will not pass inspecton even if i threw the stock exhaust on cuz of the ECU. Anyone or does anyone know if someone can pass my car as it sits? its in perfect condition. And i am near king of prussia
